How quickly can you come to my location?
We typically offer appointments within 24-48 hours of booking. Same-day service is often available for morning bookings, subject to schedule availability. Weekend slots fill up quickly, so we recommend booking in advance.
Do I need to be present during the service?
You don't need to be present throughout the entire service, but we do require someone to be available at the start for vehicle access and at completion for final inspection and payment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans change. Please give us at least 4 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute changes may incur a small fee, but we'll always work with you to find a suitable solution.
Is there parking or space requirements?
We need access to your vehicle and space for our mobile unit nearby. A standard parking space or driveway is sufficient. We can work in most residential and commercial locations across Limassol.
